Payment
Cash, card and BACS (at time of booking) are accepted.
Booking fee
All appointments are subject to a 50% booking fee at the time of booking which is fully refundable if you change or cancel your appointment with no less than 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the booking fee being lost and the full cost of the appointment will be charged .
Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone, text or email. Please always give me an idea of what dates and times you’d prefer and what treatment you would like so I know how much time to book out for you. I am closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays and bank holidays. If you call during these periods and I do not answer, please leave a message and I will contact you on the next working day.
Cancellations / missed appointments
If you need to cancel or change your appointment 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
